How to contact support

Email [email protected]. For faster handling, include the email address on your CEL PIP account, the issue type, and any relevant Stripe or screenshot details.

Self-service paths

  • To manage an active subscription, open progress-account.html after signing in.
  • To cancel billing, use the subscription management flow from your account page, which opens the Stripe customer portal when available.
  • To use a new invite code for the same account, go to the account membership section and apply the code there.

Before you email

For billing or refund reviews, include the account email, last four digits if relevant, Stripe receipt or invoice details, and a short timeline of what happened. For privacy or deletion requests, send the request from the same email address used on the account when possible.
